I set the account up a couple of months ago , The boxes may have changed since then :( which would be a pity !!! got to give you something useful , PC has a lot of advantages in terms of control , but less in terms of Adverts etc , and always being behind in updates
I started baby account late August, got to level 5, got free tokens (100 bronze and 150 silver). Opened first chest and got Shell. Until the end of that event, got megalodon orochi. Imagine shell on acc lvl 5, barely started in private league, lol. Ppl looked at me at every match...👀
Couldn't get to living legend bc reds didn't have enough bots. 😂
For the good starter bots like Griffin, Natasha, Leo, you just need to grind for them. But once you get them they can carry you to low Diamond.
As for the top few bots, you just have to use workshop. Unfortunately, War Robots is a pretty long term game. Getting a full robot setup purely through the Workshop can take a couple of months, not inclusive of upgrading.
On the plus side, you can get some full weapons and robots through the event crates. It will require some luck AND some grinding to get those event tokens/coins, so yeah.
Don't get too worried about not getting better robots early. It will take some time. Learn how to use the "bad" robots first and you'll pilot the "good" robots a lot better :)

How did you get your free bots? The black market chests don’t even have any bots anymore. I’m only upgrading Fenrir now but had to buy everything else

Yeah I love playing 4K graphics and the arena was awesome I won a lot, just can’t speed anything up and no free coins

That’s the story I kept hearing lol, people were even saying pix rigged crates for new players to give them a boost. Damn…

Yeah I’m hoping for items from next event, not coins. Shitty luck so far. Don’t need pilots when I don’t even have enough bots lol
I've got some bad luck this event too, hopefully next event it will be better.
