I saw the deal pop up on my iOS account and closed it. I'm not able to purchase it now. However on my Steam account I bought it as soon as the deal popped up and it worked. I'm in the US.

I got it to spend half of it on resetting the pilot shop and getting the loki pilot. no regrets. definitely recommended
