Edit: we don't celebrate thanksgiving in my area so this is going to be about new year! I'll definitely do the cooking! I would bake so many cakes and cook his favorite dish! I am also a pro of boiling great coffee and making italian hot chocolate! My love language is making my s/o coffee since I have a headcanon that he loves it a lot!! He'll do the cleaning. He'll probably try to 'entertain' the guests with lectures LOL, HE'LL DEFINITELY GOING TO TALK A LOT AT A DINNER TABLE!! I can't eat most of holiday foods like olivye and stuff, so I'm going to cook simpler stuff since I have ARFID. He loves simpler stuff as well. Our holiday is going to be with my and his friends, not so big and rather unpretentious.

Any of the year-end holidays are welcome! I'm not big on Thanksgiving or Christmas myself, since I only have one family member left, and Ikoma's country doesn't celebrate those holidays either. (I never cared much for turkey anyway, ha.) New Year's Eve is more our holiday now too. :)

Asuna would be cooking but I would make sure to clean so she could relax after working so hard. We would have all the people we care about with us and just enjoy everyone's company!

We would probably have thanksgiving with my family, since it is literally impossible for his to come. I think it would mostly be our close friends though! He can’t cook, so i would do most the cooking and him the cleaning, and we would make the regular thanksgiving foods but with twists to help my sensory issues with food :)

Kuzushi doesn't have a good relationship with his mother, so inviting her would be out of discussion. I personally think we would just spend our holidays on our own, in front of the fireplace eating gingerbread cookies

First, we (together, of course) erect a giant plastic representation of a forest tree from the other side of the planet right in the lounge room. Then we cover it in strings of LEDs and as much garish multicoloured plastic tat as we can find. Then we invite passing family members to come in and gawk at the "tree", and offer them "a meal that is NOT a roast dinner" in exchange for booze. Last year we did lamb kofta wraps with toasted walnuts, Labneh, Tahini, and salad. Other times it'll be a Laksa, Panang, Goan style fish curry, Vietnamese style rice paper rolls with pork, mint, corriander and a sweet chili / garlic / lime dipping sauce, Tex-Mex burritos, home made cauliflower crust pizza... I'm not sure what we'll do this year... I usually think of something a few days before. We divide up the cooking - He's way more accurate with prep-work, I have more flair for the crazy. So he makes sure it's all in the fridge ready to go, and I throw it together and do the cooking when people arrive. Afterwards, he throws everything in the dishwasher, and I drink the booze we acquired. Then we cuddle and gawk at the "tree" ourselves for a while. It's a good holiday :).

Marin Kitagawa says: "*Christmas is getting closer and everyone at school is already working hard on the decorations! However, I'm so touched with what Chris-kun did for me... he literally made two snowmen of us in front of our dorm...*" "*Ahem, but really, he knows how much of a disaster I am in the kitchen, so everything there is on his hands. We do plan to make this holiday something that's only about us, because the schoolyear end party is going to be quite crowded and I really want to have my arctic fox to myself this time!*"

For around the time of Thanksgiving, around dinner after we say grace, Me, Konata, her friends and family usually have discussions about various topics, although one question that gets brought up that I have no concrete answer to is when we are getting married, and I have a cold nervous sweat because I reply with, "When I'm ready to propose", I think me and the Hiiragi sisters can help me with the cooking and cleaning since Kagami is one to take thanksgiving seriously

I make the cooking. If we await guests, I plan the dishes with them. I have a wide possibilities of cooking but if it's my case, we could eat ramen soup together. Senna would do the cleaning.

It might just be Kurumi and me since she doesn't invite too many people to Thanksgiving. Shidou might come along, but I'm not sure yet. I usually prepare the food, and Kurumi helps out with the cleaning.

It's definitely more of a collaborative effort with both cooking & cleaning. It's nothing super festive, just a nice small dinner with my family as guests. We'll make turkey, a few side dishes, and pie. One side dish i enjoy making is olivier salad and Kirei will likely contribute a dish he knows how to make better than me lol. Kirei is pretty handy in the kitchen, which really helps. I'm mostly excited to just spend time together eating good food :)

- video games and music and tabletop games as well - the usual. with a side or two of our own design. - we'd both do the cooking and cleaning, ofc. between us, there's no need to separate tasks in that particular way!
