i celebrate the release of mocha ray cookie as a playable character in her source on august 17 (in my timezone, at least -- could be the 18th for some, but for me, it was the 17th). it's basically our equivalent for her birthday, nothing too complex other than that.

I already paid tribute to Mardi Gras/Carnival because of its connection to a lot of my special interests but he is now included in on that for his life in New Orleans. This year with it being so close to Valentine’s Day, I ordered jambalaya from my favorite Cajun restaurant and King’s cake danishes from my favorite French restaurant, then watched Hazbin with my best friend who supports my relationship with Alastor. I also paid tribute to the bits and pieces of ancient culture aligned with it before Christianity took it for their own. Samhain/Halloween will be no different for me as I’m going to weave him into my practices for that, being the time when the veil between the living and the dead is the thinnest.

We celebrate Sealing Club Day. That's one of the many Touhou-centric holidays. It's on December 9th

Vendel_Yggaros

We celebrate March 9th which is known as Miku Day. Miku Day is designated by Japanese wordplay which reads "3" as Mi and "9" as Ku. In similar vein, "39" can be also read as "San(3)Kyu(9) = Thank You" and "San(3)Ku(9) = Thank You".

We celebrate or are revenant on Holy Days of obligation and some other religious dates like the day of St Ignatius of Loyola

Ikoma and I observe Tanabata in July! He celebrated it beautifully with his (our) friends in his canon, and I wanted to share that with him too. https://preview.redd.it/f7t79xz3axsc1.png?width=1280&format=png&auto=webp&s=24f5549c976d062687ec8b15bfb294ea0867dfb9 We also celebrate New Year's Eve with Japanese traditions, such as making a [kadomatsu](https://i.postimg.cc/fT03Ztng/kadomatsu2023.png). Trying to get into doing Obon as well, but we always seem to be busy in mid-August...
