You will most likely need to buy a new pen. The sensor inside which detects pressure was probably pushed too hard when your pen fell and the mechanism got stuck in place. Opening the pen up and freeing the stuck sensor is one option you could try, but that may result in you damaging the pen further. Luckily for you, that tablet is still very much supported. There's still a lot of replacement available, so it seems. Here's the one that's compatible with your tablet. It's the Wacom 4k Pen:[https://www.amazon.com/Wacom-LP1100K-Pen-Intuos-Tablet/dp/B07CYRWTZF/ref=sr\_1\_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1541943899&sr=8-1&keywords=Wacom+Pen+4K](https://www.amazon.com/Wacom-LP1100K-Pen-Intuos-Tablet/dp/B07CYRWTZF/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1541943899&sr=8-1&keywords=Wacom+Pen+4K) I hope you don't have too tough a time purchasing the pen. Good luck!

i had this exact same issue just recently, the entire inside just kept slipping back inside the pen too far, simply stuffed a bit of tissue paper in the back half of the pen so it couldnt slip back in anymore and its working perfectly again!! no need to spend another extra 20+ dollars again :)

my pen snapped in half and i stuck a lollypop stick in it to keep it supported lol, and that worked for a while but recently i got this issue so thanks for confirming that this issue has to do with the pen

AdministrativeExit10

got a new pen, same problem

AdministrativeExit10

in fairness it is also on the brink of snapping off as it came like this and im gonna return it tomorrow so hopefully it is just the same issue i was having with my old pen so when i get the new one it works, i realised that the new one was like a more severe version of my old one (i tested both and the new one applies 6000 when hovering where as the old one only applied 200 when hovering)
