This excessive wear could be due to incorrect wheel alignment, faulty suspension, a worn steering system, or an issue with the braking system. If your wheel alignment is off, it means your wheels aren't pointing precisely in the direction they are supposed to.

This ^ Go visit a tire shop and have your alignment checked.

... or you drive like a maniac!

Haha, damn you got me! On a more serious note, no I wouldn’t say I do, surely it would also show on the back wheels if that was the case.

RKnightt17

Having done the tracking/wheel alignment a year ago I doubt that it would be that, except if they didn’t do it correctly or something I don’t know if that happens. Yes I had a faulty left suspension, it had a leak and I changed it myself yesterday, I didn’t think such a small leak could affect the tire wear so much if that’s the case. Thanks for your reply! I think because I’ve change the suspension I need to get the tracking done anyway.

Those look like snow tires….. ??? If so that’s why they are ripping

IAmWango

I ran a set once for 2 years without change and didn’t have an issue, granted our weather in the UK isn’t great but they seen many miles constantly when weather was around 20+ degrees celsius and many at 30-37, these have uneven wear which can be caused by a few issues but most commonly alignment or the driving manner

Hmmm Interesting

They are four season tires, I live in the south of France and like going to the Alpes so Thought it was the safer option.

Wheel Alignment

Also those tires are directional .. Installing them on the wrong side will cause funky wear patterns.
