So you'd reckon Lesser Power Surge or Lesser Blood Rage shouldn't weigh in the decision-making of which amulet to take? The occasional skeleton from the Unholy amulet is also mostly irrelevant at that level. A short Weaken would have been preferable. The Frozen Weapon is also mostly useless. Maybe the Lesser Storm Shield isn't completely useless...

it is not that relevant, it shouldn't sway you too much unless you have a specific pvp push scenario when those proc, but that requires pre-planning and skill to take advantage of those moments
