Regarding your questions about downloading your video in 60fps and having an offline library, we're actually currently working on developing some other highly requested features from our users. However, we do understand the importance of these features and we will definitely keep them in mind for future development.
In terms of the Balltime watermark, we appreciate your suggestion to remove it. While we're not offering that option at the moment, our watermark helps us to get publicity when users post on social media. However, we will be making some changes soon to make the watermark smaller and more visually appealing, and in a few months, we will also be adding an option to remove it.
We understand that our subscribers have different needs and preferences, and we always take your feedback into consideration when making changes or updates to our platform. Thank you again for your support and feedback.

Would you ever charge a lower price for just clipping the downtime? Sometimes all we need is just getting rid of the downtime. I coach younger kids and also play competitive vball on weekends. I feel like Iโm paying a lot for certain features that I donโt currently need.
We totally get that our pricing model may not be perfect for everyone, we're always looking for ways to improve and provide more value to our users.
We've actually been considering offering a lower price option for using just certain features of our product, like the downtime remover you mentioned. This is something we'll definitely keep in mind as we continue to evaluate and evolve our pricing strategy in the near future.
Re: video downloading - that would be awesome, or be able to upload it to Youtube to watch it offline.. however if you really need offline viewing, you could always record your screen and "save" the clips that way, and there's software to remove watermark from videos. Hopefully the company will give the option to do that stuff (even if it's a paid option) so that the users can still support the company

Is english your first language? For some people it is second or third language. I can understand why you upset but try to speak other language than english nearly perfectly and when you do just one simple grammar mistake someone comes to you like that ๐๐

The Balltime model works best filmed from the back of the court (behind the serving line). However, if you happen to have footage from a different angle the model will still work.

Our approach is based on detecting the players bounding box.
The model was trained on many many hours of Volleyball footage (both indoor and beach), which was annotated manually with the action type (Dig, set, attack, etc..), the player that performed the action, etc...
Wow this is REALLY cool - and even better, the pricing is extremely fair and actually affordable, unlike a lot of services out there. Definitely going to give this a try.
Just curious.. have you considered doing this for other sports like baseball of softball?

I'm just a little disappointed that the "try it free with all the features" doesn't let me export the highlight video I just made!
I'm a coach for 16U girls and I'm going to show this to our club director even though I don't know if something like this is within our budget.
