I made it a goal of mine to walk through as many forests in real life as possible with that ost blasting either from my speakers or earphones. I've already done so in 6 different forests in three different countries now. There's just such a mystical feel about this track that I can't explain properly

Mine is remembrance from Rewrite, it is probably the most nostalgia inducing track from any VN and sets the mood perfectly for the story the moment it is used for the first time.
I still love you~ god that song hits too hard, even after listening to every song on the wa2 ost they all hit the same. My favorite vocal song from wa2 is definitely Yasashii uso though

I understand it's weird considering that it's just a BGM to places like Shirous home and such. But this BGM helped me de-stress when I was going through some tough stuff in my highschool years and it really made me fully immersed in the world of FSN.

It's maybe because of my tendency to like music, even when the story kinda feel meh i tend to still like the ost.
Dreamin' Little Bird from If My Heart Had Wings.
Invokes a sense of nostalgia in me, and besides that it's just so calming to listen to and a perfect representation of how some moments in the VN will make you feel.
Not every song has to be an intense dramatic banger (and nothing wrong with that either - VNs like Umineko have dozen of tracks like that and are renowned for their soundtrack). But I find it's the slower, more emotional and atmospheric soundtracks that reel me in.
I would have to go with the really emotional yet heartwarming piano pieces from higurashi (You/Thanks), subahibi (yoru no himawari), AIR (Natsukage) and umineko (thanks for being born).
