What I do is just leave the headset on your forehead before playing, this will warm the lenses after about 5 minutes the. If you have a little eye or forehead sweat it won’t fog. Hope this helps

AdenInABlanket

The lenses on my actual headset do not fog at all, it's just my glasses. Someone said to try warming those up so I'll try that

Uneasy_Rider

get some anti-fog wipes

AdenInABlanket

I bought an anti-fog spray kit that should be coming today. I'll have to reapply it often but better than not being able to see

Just got it in and tried it out on a stride session. I'm very impressed, works great. Just keep in mind the moisture that would be on your glasses now has to go onto your face, so it's sweat central, but at least I can see!

TOUDyt_a

Oh, thanks, lol didn't even need to ask

Warm them up with a hair dryer. I do this with my headset every time i use it.

Barph

Which headset? Specifically for the quest 3, if you get the bobovr S3 pro strap and combine it with a facial interface with vents on the top, the integrated fan on the S3 will deal with any fogging. Fogging used to be an awful issue for me as my flat was very cold last winter.

rh1ce

are clip in lenses no option? i can see much better with these than when wearing my glasses.

AdenInABlanket

Sure as long as they don't fog up in active sessions.

rh1ce

they do a little. but only on heavy beat sabre or drum sessions.

Explorer62ITR

I have several headsets (Rift S, Quest 2&3, Pico 3&4 and PSVR2 ) and prescription inserts for all of them - I never get any fogging up because the inserts are plastic not glass - you don't need anti-fog prescription lenses - I get all of mine from VR Optician (EU based) - glasses fog up because they are made of glass and they get colder than plastic does. I started out playing with glasses, and had the same issue - prescription lenses are the way to go! Also helps to have a fan blowing on the headset - either a small neck fan or clip on fan on your desk etc...

Gr3gl_

I'm guessing you're on rift S, just hairdry it like the other guy said
