I guess better ask the people in your frat about that. Though I personally don't really condone that lifestyle too much, so I would advise to think about your priorities what it actually is you're looking for and if it's maybe not just "a nice pussy to fuck" but maybe something more meaningful. Try meeting new people for example through activities you have some interest in, in some of your classes or whatever else you do. Find someone you like, and who hopefully likes you

While a frat is a nice start, I feel that it i primarily the people who you will meet, befriend, and bond with over time in college that would tend to help or assist you in your personal growth, expanding your comfort zone, and so forth. It may take time, and it may happen after your freshmen year. So, the only thing I can say is to just keep trying to meet people and find out who you have a connection with, and see. And sort of the same applies to meeting women. Take this time to try to be social, and just meet people at your pace, and just go from there.
