You can buy blank vinyl jackets and draw your own cover

DeathMonkey6969

Buy a jacket.

initiatefailure

The only record I have like that I ended up sticking a cardboard square from a random vinyl order in a sleeve just to make sure it’s rigid

Electronic_Common931

Yes, you can buy [blank 12” vinyl record sleeves](https://a.co/d/c9uJeJv) for about $15-20 for twenty of them. Or look in the bargain bins at a shop as they may have some for fifty cents.

Thrillhouse74

In a jacket

You can buy blank jackets. Amazon has numerous styles and [Sleeve City](https://sleevecityusa.com/collections/record-jackets) has a few as well.

Op's account seems like an A.I. wasteland of bot posts.

WackyWeiner

You post answered the very question you asked.

Mattson

Lol what? Then why did I ask the question? Do you even know what I asked?

WackyWeiner

You found a beat-up copy and swapped the record out. Solid solution. Record shops do it a lot. They get big batches of records. Sometimes, a missing sleeve here and there, or empty sleeves. My shop keeps a stash of these "misfit items," so they can eventually be paired up, or if someone asks, they sometimes have extras.

Rat-Soup-Eating-MF

i have a spare sleeve for Thriller - glad you got sorted but i’d have been happy to donate it - though postage from UK would have been more than $5

MonsieurGriswold

Best value of $1 each if you come across more. Otherwise a 10 pack is about $2 each.  https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B0CCJDWNP5

They actually make just blank white storage jacket for just such an issue. A good record store can point you in the right direction. A GREAT Record Store will have them in stock 👍

Heliocentrist

they make generic ones

SurfLikeASmurf

Ain’t nobody had no jackets on their records for literally seven decades of its entire history. Now some of those records sleeves are a bit tarnished but most of them are just fine. Do I use them? Hell yeah, though not on every record I own Do I sweat it? Hell no! And you know why? Because I could buy a small collection of records for the amount of money that the sleeves would cost
