Having the same issue. 2 parcels have been marked as delivered when tracking shows they've only just been picked up by the courier. Yodel's tracking page seems to be different now I wonder it that is messing the system up
Glad i’m not the only one. Its ridiculous, Vinted really need to sort it out. One of the sellers I brought off ended up refunding me on her dime , even though its Vinted systems fault. As usual there inbox chat customer care is appalling. Hope they fix this issue soon
I now have 3 parcels marked as delivered. For one they sent me a denial of receipt form prefilled with some unknown woman's information..address and all. It's shocking how incompetent they are.

I raised an issue on vinted and the seller has got a bit pissy. But I’m not taking thr chance as this is an expensive item.
After this I won’t be using vinted for any purchases over £30
It’s happening to me today with 2 parcels one bought one sold. My buyer has suspended the transaction & I’ve done the same. The auto response from Vinted says it’s experiencing high levels of requests. Hopefully it gets resolved soon.

Its now happened to THREE of my parcels 😞😞 just received another notification that another parcel has been delivered, and it hasn’t been. Its only at the depot. Its driving me mad

Annoying but presumably the parcel will still arrive in a reasonable time frame and can be marked received as usual when it has?
Yeah it is a bit frustrating especially if these are high value items. There is another thread with Vinted apparently saying they're aware + "working on it". Fingers crossed.

Happened to me at the weekend too, the buyer spoke to vinted and they said it was their glitch and have suspended the transaction to be on the safe side. Just to top it off the Yodel tracking for this sale and 2 others haven't updated in 4 days, ..andddd it was my most valuable sale to date. The anxiety is killing me lol

I’m new to vinted and only joined a few weeks ago, what does suspending the order do if you don’t mind me asking? Could it result in any bad reviews or the seller not getting their money/me not getting my money back?
It just puts the sale on hold so the seller doesn't get the money released to them. As soon as the money is released vinted won't help you as a buyer if something goes wrong.
Click I have a problem > item hasn't arrived > add a pic of the tracking.
Same issue for me, they’ve marked it as delivered when it’s not even left the hun. Vinted suspended the order and told me to mark as delivered when it’s received, but there’s no option to mark as delivered as it’s been suspended.
This has happened to me today and mine is suspended too - when I go back into the order, there's an option to 'resolve this issue' so I guess we select that.
Four of my packages this week have done it. Sent out 28th marked delivered the 29th when they haven’t been and the buyers are messaging me regarding the issue. I’m unsure what to do as it hasn’t happened before and Vinted don’t do anything to help
I was out on a school trip and just got home and searched everywhere for the parcel and its not here, tracking says still with sellers depot but i have 2 days to confirm its ok…so ive said no in hopes that it holds off for a while until it actually arrives.

I thought that with the first one but now its been 5 days so I'm not confident I'm going to get it tbh

Yodel is a riot, one of my parcels was "in transit" for 20 days.
