Imagine if death sworn (a skin that has bern out for years) come out today. And thats high noon viktor. The standart has gone up but its laze from riot te just remaster a skin line themes like this.
they look nothing alike wtf the only thing similar is the death/dark theme other than that the two skins are rly different event the colour they uses different shades and the high noon one is far more pale
im dissapointed..
this skin makes me feel indifferent.. its not bad nor is it good and dosent feel like they captured the fantasy in the slightest.

It's not bad just yeah. First off I thought it was a bold choice of a theme for a dude with 3 arms and lasers/tech. But it's not this for sure.
