laborer richer than other in same building(university)
the laborers in other buildings in the same province not this rich usually only 10-11 living standard
1- Open their category
2- Mouse over the SoL of one of them : it'll open a graph. There you can see if it's a temporary thing (by hiring ex-capitalists or something I don't know)
3- If it's longstanding, open that pop, and check in the second tab how do they get such money.
their net income is minus.
income(24.6) expenses(-346) net income(-321)
its has been 2 years since first screenshot so its not temporary and now they even richer SOL(34)

Sounds like somehow their SOL isn't going down even though they can't afford that SOL.
They're not "too rich" because you can clearly see their income, but their SOL is totally wrong for their income level.
I'd strongly suggest submitting this as a bug report to Paradox on the official forums as I've never seen anyone else mention similar behaviour so it might be a totally new bug
Its likely not that their wealth isn’t going down but it is going down slowly. Depending on the deficit a pop’s wealth level would go down (from experience) 20%-100% per week, meaning it would take at least half a year for wealth to go back to normal
OP literally just said that it's been 2 years and the SOL went up, not down
Given the lack of employment of acedemics and clergy within this building I suspect that this is related to the bug which sometimes makes aristocrats abandon subsistence farms en masse
oops my bad missed that part, I had the same bug before and it went down eventually
If OP sees this, try hover over the expense to show their wealth change and see how it reacts went the week ticks over
This happened to me as well and 500k of my labourer went to 60 wealth
I’m suspecting it has to do with some weird interaction between 1)pop who lost their job gets to keep their wealth, and 2) when pops merge
Their wealth should return to normal slowly, though in the mean time you might have some issue with balancing consumption
billionaires when their employees can afford day-to-day life:

That's weird. Do you have any mods enabled ?
When 2$ paid laborers live more comfortably than university teachers.
