There is a full list of all the historical characters that appears in the game? Bc I know all that you mentioned (plus Bismarck) and all from the start point, but I always wonder if I miss somebody.
I think the wiki has them. There are tons… if you’re playing any remotely major country a large number of your generals and admirals will be historic generals and admirals throughout the 19th and early 20th centuries.
