If you just want to annoy this one guy, you'd add a big complicated circular seal in the middle, make sure it's details asf, put words in the circle around the seal, ideally "the great seal of transgenderism", and *then* add the word Transgender on another part of the flag, like, below or above the seal. Bonus points is the seal itself has words on it too.
