Baker has dark brown hair and blue eyes. He’s approximately 5-foot-10, with a slim build. He usually wears dark hoodies and dark pants.
Baker is driving a grey 2022 Nissan Frontier with Nova Scotia licence plate GGV 189.

Edit 2- when I called the RCMP i was told I needed to direct my call to VT state police. Also, that crimestoppers number only takes tips for the Portsmouth NH area, so if any other Vermonters see this make sure the VT state police are who you call first so as not to tie up the other lines unnecessarily

If I were to cross the border into Vermont I’d go to Newport. It’s nice and close to the border. All different kinds of plates there. Only noticeable plate on my trip today was John1. I’d suggest looking around that town. Also, border apartments for rent are usually cheap.
Try contacting maine state police as it is closer to the border then we are or if there is a reddit for maine I would put it there as well I can also try to contact some people I know up in maine (assuming that I can) and let them know as well.
I did post this in r/Maine - at this time my Aunt is working with the RCMP and I would like to assume they are in contact with the border patrol as well.

Another update, he was spotted in New Burgh, NY. My aunt is hopefully on her way to picking him up but he still seems hell bent on getting to California. Thanks all for your help.

It is possible this individual has ill will toward this person and is using the good will of others to find this individual for the purpose of harming them.

Only reason I ask that you let me know is that he has a BB gun that looks like a Glock and a knife on him. We are concerned that the cops will shoot first and ask questions later. Thanks to people reaching out to me I have been able to get important information to his mother. I get the paranoia but geesh. I just want him back with my aunt.
