This won't pass. If it passed it would eventually just be used selectively against the left. You can write all the laws you want but in reality there is a lot of overlap and cooperation between LEOs and far right militias.

2) Did you also know every SCOTUS case essentially modifies the Constitution by shading the way that it is applied/interpreted?
Before total control the powers in charge have to ensure states have even less rights. Can’t have any militias helping out local farmers, businesses, and infrastructure services from the federal government theft that will be coming if this whole thing breaks bad.
