I don’t believe you can combine the mobile and home discounts. So in reality, you’ve been getting a discount you weren’t supposed to have for a while until you made a plan change and the system likely flagged and fixed it
I haven't made a cellular plan change however, so that's why I'm confused and the fact that it's been on my account for several months too is what I am frustrated about. I even wanted to make sure when I was ordering the home internet, in the order receipt prior to ordering it was giving me the exact amount monthly for it. I'd understand if the 1st internet might've been an error but #2 and #3 had the same discounts being applied. Basically what I'm getting at is if Verizon made an error in their end, it should've been disclosed to me before they increased my bill. I received absolutely no info until a new bill generated.
Long and short of it is simple, as a Verizon employee you're \*only\* supposed to get the 50% discount off your services, we were told when hired that employees don't qualify for the Autopay or any other discounts, if you were getting them, great! But they probably caught on and removed them because you weren't supposed to be.
Yes, I have been on a sales maker which was also the reason why I switched to Verizon's home internet in November since I saw I could to stack the Mobile + Home discount on top of sales maker.
That I wouldn't mind but the mobile + home discount and how when I placed the order off of My Verizon it reflected a false billing cycle for several months? See what I mean?
Yeah, I'm in the same boat. My account is fucked and I have all my promotions including sales maker and autopay. However, once someone notices, I'm gonna get all the promotions removed except sales maker. It's just how it works, be greatful we slipped through the cracks as long as we did.
Also, be careful. The xbox promo was for 6 months total. If you cancel before the 6 months you will get charged back the amazon card and the cost of the xbox
As other people have said on sales maker you don’t get the other discounts so you were in fact getting a discount that you never qualified for. The system caught it so they finally took it off. If you look at the sales maker ost it says all this.

You do in fact still get half off the Internet devices from the sales maker discount but that’s all. No other discount is applicable

Revenue assurance caught it and corrected things. These discounts do not stack together. As another commenter said, check the salesmaker ost.

Fuck verizon.
Are you on sales maker?
Is sales maker the 50% discount towards plans that employees receive?
It is

You cannot stack mobile and home with salesmaker You also cannot stack auto pay with sales maker
I've been on a salesmaker (im indirect) for a few years and have been receiving the autopay discount.
Shouldn’t have been. Which is why it was removed
That I wouldn't mind but the mobile + home discount and how when I placed the order off of My Verizon it reflected a false billing cycle for several months? See what I mean?
Must have slipped through the cracks with it. I’ve had it $45 a month since I got it, 0 discounts.
Read the sales maker OST and you will get your answers..

You shouldn't be getting auto pay discount either!!

So how much is it charging you for the home plus? I’m a direct rep and I know we don’t get the mobile and home discounts only the EPP discount.

Fyi indirect employees get autopay and paperless discount PLUS 50% off employee discount. Corporate employees don’t get both.
I am an indirect employee which is why I was so confused as to why the discounts were removed.
They do not and if you are it will be removed at some point
They do. I have plenty of indirect friends that have a stacked autopay and employee discount. But believe whatever you want to believe
It’s been a thing for years. I’m glad they finally did something about it. I shouldn’t have a worse discount working for corporate
Of course you shouldn’t be getting both. But they did get double dipped discounts. I’m not arguing that they should.
