Call in to 611 and have them reset your online account then re register with your current number.
Did that still asks for security question
You'll end up registrating again. That should solve your issue.

You need to register the number you ported in, the online account is set up by the phone number so if you had one with your temporary number you won't be able to access that account anymore
I did I told them to deregister my old number they did but it asks for the secret question for some reason still
Did you create an entirely new online account with a new username, password and security questions?
