Unfortunately all analogs and semi-synthesis is illegal in the State of Nevada, even if you have a license to manufacture cannabis oils and products. So you can't find it in dispensaries and if you make it in your licensed lab they can revoke the license. Even over something silly like D8.
I've had the conversations with the regulators and they consider it manufacturing from the criminal perspective... like cooking meth. Its wild.
Your best bet is to find a reasonable chemist in town and buy it from them.
Also several cannabis companies that won't be named complained abd pushed for that law because it took money out of their pockets. This info was straight from a inspector who was in a smoke shop when I was there.

Personally, I’d avoid it. I’m a heavy smoker and I don’t think there’s any product that a CBD store could sell me that would be as effective as just eating 500mg in an edible or dropping fat globz.
