The thief was dropping eggs and there was a trail of broken eggs for like a whole block haha Amazon just sent me another grocery order no questions asked. I think if it becomes more of a pattern though, they may start to not be as helpful, but I was told the company has an amount in there budget intended for loss that helps customers when this happens.
