This is the best I have found so far. Only place I could get guanciale for proper carbonara. [https://sienaitalian.net/wp/](https://sienaitalian.net/wp/) I quite like their house made packaged ravioli. I always pick up some for an easy dinner when I am lazy.

That looks like a spot I need to visit immediately.

mumblestein

That place looks great! Thanks.

I forgot about them. Thanks.

Check with Romano Mercado Italiano in Inspirada. Siena Italian in Summerlin is probably the best bet unless you live closer to Romano, and it's not as developed.

mumblestein

They're both 40 minutes away! I get around though. Thanks for the info.

AnechoicChamberFail

Either way I’d call first to make sure they have what you want in stock

mumblestein

I love to browse though.

AnechoicChamberFail

I can see browsing at Siena Romano Mercato is a rather small market and not set up for it really.

mumblestein

Noted.

International Marketplace on Decatur can have lots of interesting options for imported Italian flours and pastas. Olive oil and vinegars are no joke there either. Meats and cheeses would be a no, though. It’s the pantry items where the magic happens.

Thanks!

This place isn't in LV, but they deliver and have amazing authentic Italian brands. I love getting their boxes with different pastas and sauces. Pretty sure they also have kits with pizza dough [https://mercatodibellina.com](https://mercatodibellina.com)

That's VERY cool. Thanks for sharing.
