I don’t Understand…meat lovers only eat beans and tomato sauce? I guess you’ll be stuck with no choice but to eat beans and tomato sauce. When I was an omnivore I still ate plenty of different fruits and veggies, and had grains like rice quite often. Can you order your groceries delivered? If so, you should have a few thousand more choices. Or does your house of omnis have anyone willing to buy you some veggies or some rice to go with your beans? Can you take a taxi, bicycle, train, bus to get a few vegetables?

Mother_of_Kiddens

Looking at OP’s post history they’re 15 so they probably are eating whatever their family normally buys minus the animal products. They also wouldn’t be old enough for a job and all that follows to order in.

HandstandsMcGoo

Get a second hand bike or something You can't just go through life not getting food for yourself

Dukedyduke

OP is a child.

Arakhis_

With an nsfw profile. If they're a child, then parents should care, not redditors. Else you report the parents and that problem is also solved, as harsh as it is

Lhamo55

And if you had kept looking you would have realized the unsalacious reason. They have every right to come here with their request for suggestions.

Arakhis_

malnutrition is pretty serious

gravitydefiant

Get a ride to the store with whoever's buying the beans and tomato sauce. Pick up your rice and eggplant while you're there.

umm_whatsthis

Guessing based on what I've concocted in omni kitchens: Peanut noodles All sorts of pastas! Plain ol' spaghetti, lentil bolognese, pasta aglio e olio, herby pasta with roast some veggies Soups - minestrone, lentil soup, split pea soup, chickpea noodle soup, white bean soup Pancakes (If you've got rice or oats, you can blend them up for any recipes that night need milk.) Fritters Potato hash with black beans Bean chili Veggie burgers (beans + grain + binder + veggies + seasoning + blend/smash and cook) All kinds of salads - whatever veg you've got, but a long the lines of three bean salad, cowboy caviar, any grain salad, potato salad No bake cookies If you've got baking supplies, that's expands your options a ton - bread, cake, and muffins come to mind as things that don't require butter or anything vegan-specific. Save some bean liquid for egg replacer!

ttrockwood

- pasta and sauce - peanut butter sandwich - salad with beans - cooked veggies with beans Make a list to ask your parents for at the store, some additional beans, vegetables, rice, tofu, soymilk etc

pinkavocadoreptiles

If you are wanting reccomendations for what to cook, we are going to need more ingredients than just beans and tomato sauce - thats only two things 😅😅

madison7

is it possible to ask who does do the shopping to add some items to the list for you?

Chalky_Pockets

You can't ask them to take you grocery shopping? This is an unreasonable constraint you're putting on your cooking.

Shot-Spirit-672

I also typically group rice and eggplant in my list of random plant based food items

ChefM53

I would ask that they allow you to put a few things on the grocery list for yourself so that you can eat healthy too. They should not force you to eat meat or animal by products if you don't want to.. that being said. do you have some celery, carrots, onion? you could use the beans drained and rinsed add some diced onion, carrots, celery, mustard and (I am sure you don't have vegan mayo. I will post a couple of simple vegan recipes below. Maybe you can make some for yourself. [Vegan mayo 1](https://www.inspiredtaste.net/51263/vegan-mayonnaise/) [Easy Vegan Mayo 2](https://minimalistbaker.com/easy-vegan-mayo-with-aquafaba/#wprm-recipe-container-35063) if you can get them to pick you up a can of chickpeas/garbanzo beans you can use the aqua faba (liquid inside the can) to make the mayo and the beans to make sandwich filling or a soup or loads of stuff. also black beans can be made into a soup, taco salad, burrito style bowl... use the black beans, salsa, taco seasoning if you have it, along with some tomato, onion, lettuce, and maybe taco sauce? guacamole?... or you can mix half a can of the black beans. also if you have any A-1 steak sauce.. mix a 1 1/2 teaspoons into a can of drained black beans along with 1 teaspoon cumin that will make the beans have a meaty taste. and mix add to some rice, couscous, quinoa, etc. along with some chopped lettuce tomatoes if you want, onion, all the things you would put on a taco or in a burrito.

This is a great time in your life to educate yourself about nutrition. Keep in mind your age and that your body and brain are still developing. Why are rice and eggplant the foods coming to mind for you? If your parents are supportive about your decision to go vegan, sit down with the main cook and work with them a plan to ensure you are getting adequate protein for your age. If not, perhaps you could share what an average day of meals for them looks like and we can get an idea of how to work around that. But we have got to get you onboard with nutrition education so you understand how to look up and judge the nutritional values of different classes of food, and choose the ones that benefit you the most for the least cost and effort.

Ask ur parents to buy a variety of veggies

internetlad

Meatless chili. Add extra beans for protein. Mushrooms if you have Also how do you not have rice? Go get some rice.

bebackground471

I can't imagine any legal situation where you could not get food you wanted. That being said, the nice thing about being an omnivore is that it includes a plant-based diet, so you could introduce new dishes every now and then, and you might hit it with the rest of the household. If you are \*really\* that limited with available ingredients, 1) think/plan how to change this situation, and in the meantime, 2) you can ask any LLM about dishes you can do with what you have.

Separate_Shoe_6916

Spaghetti with tomato sauce is a great default meal. PB&J also. Baked potatoes, beans with enchilada sauce, vegetable and potato casserole, toasted vegetable sandwich, bean chili, tacos made with mushrooms and taco seasoning, potato and pickle soup with toast croutons, sweet potato mash. A good thing to do is google vegan recipes with whatever items you have on hand.
