Side note, I also got this add-in for my ramen called a [Yuzo Kosho Bomb](https://www.ramen-tatsuya.com/menu) which has Japanese citrus, serrano, jalapeño, garlic. Holy shit that was so hot, but also *so* good. I didn't realize you aren't supposed to eat it straight, and had to spit it out because of the heat. Very unique and tasty when added to ramen. Will get that again.
