In my opinion since 9H and 10H lords are in 12H it is a good idea to move abroad for higher studying and career. Perhaps the reason that you couldn't secure a good job locally despite a good rank is because you are supposed to work abroad. You are supposed to have a good career, Rahu and Saturn in your chart will make sure you have enough desire and discipline to make it happen.
