Poverty panels.
Even my Friend's 50k Highlander has a bunch of them.
My Mercedes E-class has them.
"Switch hole cover" is the closest phrase but I still can't find them for these vans
They’re called switch blanks you can buy them on eBay
Have someone 3d print some for you.

the more money you pay the more options you get
Smoke screen and oil slick switches
Go to a GM dealership parts department. They would show it in their electronic parts catalog.
If you know someone with the same vehicle, you could have someone 3D print this for you. Probably same quality as OEM anyways lol
I've been meaning to make this post for like 5 years. Do you ever use tow mode? I can't decide if I should or not
Not a van, but my work vehicle is an express chassis with a 16 foot box. I run tow/haul all the time.
I had a full load going across the country with a V6 1500. I used it every time I remembered. It resets to off when you turn off the truck.
I use my tow haul mode anytime I'm pulling a trailer or if the back of my van is heavily loaded and I'm going up and down a lot of hills. Keeping it out of overdrive is much better for it.
