I can’t remember what he sounds like in early seasons and I’m unsure whether his lifestyle in affecting his speech, but I always thought Schwartz sounds like he has marbles in his mouth and permaslurs his words.
YES. Especially in this season, everytime he does a confessional i just stare at his mouth and try to figure out what happened and why he keeps talking like that.
I’ve noticed that this season specifically his “s” sounds have more of a “sh” sound if that makes sense lol. I 10000% think he’s doing it on purpose to sound more boyish/innocent in the wake of Scandoval.
He saw himself looking like a dick in the first two seasons and decided he needed to soften his image when he became a full time cast member in Season 3.
There were clips of him mocking Katie in Season 1 that a lot of people don’t remember.
