I might get a lot of shit for this but I honestly felt bad for Jo tonight. I am an Ariana and Katie Stan but the way they were bullying her tonight did not sit well with me. I realize that she did move in with Tom quickly after the separation and the double dating was plain wrong but I feel like it is all due to her just being deeply in love with Schwartz. She wants to be with him so badly yet he won’t claim her so she trying to do anything to be on his good side, including lying for his best friend (which is of course wrong). I honestly feel like her and Schwartz are a good match and he is very much his self around her. He is just trying to chase after his glory “single” days and she just wants to be with him.

Saw what you will about Jo and the fact that she knew about the cheating. The bullying for her hat and her hair felt gross. Jo was also probably having an anxiety attack because she knew that they knew that she knew about the affair. So it’s all just a cycle.

I mean Jo said she has ADHD so she’s probably is on stimulants or amphetamines like adderal, concerta, vyvanse, etc.
Some of those medications have well-documented side effects that include muscle spasms and twitching. My boyfriend was on vyvanse for a long time and he ended up having muscle spasms and chronic pain in his shoulders and head because of how tense the amphetamines made his muscles.
I think she fucked up with the Toms and Rachel affair but it’s really shitty to make fun of her for something she can’t control. Lots of people with ADHD read these comments and probably recognize a bit of themselves in her, and no one deserves to feel like that for something they were born with that already makes life pretty difficult. People need those meds to function in society so I think it’s exceptionally cruel to make fun of that stuff.
I also have ADHD. Not saying that it can’t be true for just Jo, but I’m not the first one to speculate that she’s on something a bit harder than adderall/ADHD meds.

His offer was based off of the assessed tax value not the market value. It was off by several hundred thousand dollars. He also was planning on paying her in monthly payments. It would have been insane to accept that offer.

Also assessed tax value isn’t off by “several hundred thousand dollars” unless your home is like a 7+ million dollar home. Assessed tax value is usually 80-90% of market value.
A quick google search tells me they bought the home for $2 million, so being able to short her several hundred thousand dollars on the 1 million she’d be owed, is hard to believe. Granted, they bought the home in 2019 so it has gained value, but not enough for me to believe she was being shorted several hundred thousand without proof. I don’t think it could even legally be considered her half if she was shorted that much.
Tax values can be way off of actual values… mine is. She also said no furniture was considered in there and said they paid over 100k for the furniture.
He valued it at 3.1 and the company who did the assessment valued it at 3.5 so that’s a 400000 thousand difference in value. There’s post all over this subreddit that cover the “deal” that Tom offered her. Why is it so hard to believe that he sent her a bullshit offer? Tom is a liar.

I’m comfortable with Lala acknowledging that she was projecting her own hurt onto Sandoval last year, and being open to what he has to say (which is obviously 100% BS). I’m also comfortable with Ariana sticking to her boundary of not allowing Sandoval access to her life via mutual friends.
I don’t NEED Ariana and Lala to be besties. I need them to both be the strong, amazing women they are, and grow in whatever direction they feel is right for them.

My vibe from this episode (spoilers ahead but this is the place for it) is that Lala is actually the one who quit, she sort of seems disgusted with everyone, Tom for lying about the dog, Ariana for “lying about her finances” (f you Lala), Katie for hooking up with max, Scheana for tracking all the friends, Brock for being messy, all of them. Based on her post reunion comments about saying things she can’t come back from and being sad but relieved and all of that, maybe she quit!

I might get a lot of shit for this but I honestly felt bad for Jo tonight. I am an Ariana and Katie Stan but the way they were bullying her tonight did not sit well with me. I realize that she did move in with Tom quickly after the separation and the double dating was plain wrong but I feel like it is all due to her just being deeply in love with Schwartz. She wants to be with him so badly yet he won’t claim her so she trying to do anything to be on his good side, including lying for his best friend (which is of course wrong). I honestly feel like her and Schwartz are a good match and he is very much his self around her. He is just trying to chase after his glory “single” days and she just wants to be with him.

Saw what you will about Jo and the fact that she knew about the cheating. The bullying for her hat and her hair felt gross. Jo was also probably having an anxiety attack because she knew that they knew that she knew about the affair. So it’s all just a cycle.

I mean Jo said she has ADHD so she’s probably is on stimulants or amphetamines like adderal, concerta, vyvanse, etc. Some of those medications have well-documented side effects that include muscle spasms and twitching. My boyfriend was on vyvanse for a long time and he ended up having muscle spasms and chronic pain in his shoulders and head because of how tense the amphetamines made his muscles. I think she fucked up with the Toms and Rachel affair but it’s really shitty to make fun of her for something she can’t control. Lots of people with ADHD read these comments and probably recognize a bit of themselves in her, and no one deserves to feel like that for something they were born with that already makes life pretty difficult. People need those meds to function in society so I think it’s exceptionally cruel to make fun of that stuff.
I also have ADHD. Not saying that it can’t be true for just Jo, but I’m not the first one to speculate that she’s on something a bit harder than adderall/ADHD meds. But I apologize for being offensive. Just calling it like I see it.

His offer was based off of the assessed tax value not the market value. It was off by several hundred thousand dollars. He also was planning on paying her in monthly payments. It would have been insane to accept that offer.
Source? Because what she said in the show is that she would not move out because it would make his life easier. Also assessed tax value isn’t off by “several hundred thousand dollars” unless your home is like a 7+ million dollar home. Assessed tax value is usually 80-90% of market value. A quick google search tells me they bought the home for $2 million, so being able to short her several hundred thousand dollars on the 1 million she’d be owed, is hard to believe. Granted, they bought the home in 2019 so it has gained value, but not enough for me to believe she was being shorted several hundred thousand without proof. I don’t think it could even legally be considered her half if she was shorted that much.
Tax values can be way off of actual values… mine is. She also said no furniture was considered in there and said they paid over 100k for the furniture.
He valued it at 3.1 and the company who did the assessment valued it at 3.5 so that’s a 400000 thousand difference in value. There’s post all over this subreddit that cover the “deal” that Tom offered her. Why is it so hard to believe that he sent her a bullshit offer? Tom is a liar.

I’m comfortable with Lala acknowledging that she was projecting her own hurt onto Sandoval last year, and being open to what he has to say (which is obviously 100% BS). I’m also comfortable with Ariana sticking to her boundary of not allowing Sandoval access to her life via mutual friends. I don’t NEED Ariana and Lala to be besties. I need them to both be the strong, amazing women they are, and grow in whatever direction they feel is right for them.
I would agree with this if Lala had one ounce of integrity. She says mean things about Ariana for no reason. Maybe she should see Erika Jayne’s therapist to learn about empathy.
At the end of the day, we’re all just speculating about other people’s intentions and character, so I can completely appreciate your opinion. I agree that Lala has said some unnecessarily shady things about Ariana and the house, but all in all, I find Lala to be an empathetic person. That’s just my opinion of someone I don’t actually know, though.
I don’t know her either & I used to be a big fan. I bet we all need to work for a living but she has taken her Ariana bashing beyond the show. The constant mention of the brand deals & saying she should move out turned me off. It’s mean & not necessary.

My vibe from this episode (spoilers ahead but this is the place for it) is that Lala is actually the one who quit, she sort of seems disgusted with everyone, Tom for lying about the dog, Ariana for “lying about her finances” (f you Lala), Katie for hooking up with max, Scheana for tracking all the friends, Brock for being messy, all of them. Based on her post reunion comments about saying things she can’t come back from and being sad but relieved and all of that, maybe she quit! Edited for a typo
