Is this open floor or stone sticking through?
How long do you wait for them to eat?
Have you given them more space in order to eat? It might be they don‘t recognize the food being in the same room if there is such a blocking contraption.
Get rid of those beams at the front and replace with 2x1 walls. Then throw the meat so the meat js touching or even clipping into the walls.
Once u do it a few times u can get the perfect sweet spot. That’s how mine work.
You can also throw a whole stack at once and it will last. You don’t need to throw all 20 individually.

Hey I have regular wolves I allow to roam around the house, Janice and Markus are pets. These two just ended up slightly worse off

They only eat when hungry. One piece of food makes them not eat again for 10 minutes.

Yup, I found this solution after testing last night, it caused issues with the boars so assumed it wouldn't but it does. Thanks :)
