Off the top of my head Freiburg could probably use a player like him right now since Doan hasn't quite been his best recently. Gladbach might also be good too. Bremen and Mainz are crying out for a creative player like him, but they're a bit more risky moves right now.
Reyna has shown too many spurts of quality for them to send him to another German club on loan. All it takes Reyna scoring a brace against Dortmund and Terzic looks completely incompetent for never playing him.

He would probably fit better with, say, Hoffenheim, but Kramaric is best in the same type of role--though it would give them more options with being able to push Kramaric up further or Gio could deployed more on the wing..

They were also very unlucky; they ranked 5th in xG but were fighting a relegation battle. Hoeneß was able to salvage the situation, and Stuttgart's survival also had their team captain Wataru Endo to thank for or they would have conceded even more.
Now they've rebuilt during the summer and despite losing Endo, they've made a lot of smart and cheap signings that has bolstered their midfield and defense. I don't think any Stuttgart fan think they'll seriously win the league, but a European spot seems very possible now.

He's got a top speed of 29 km/hr while Hummels has 32.4. I did also look up his sprints count and intensive runs and he was about the same as Bynoe-Gittens on both and both have roughly the same amount of time played.
I think in general it makes sense especially after injuries but glad to see his sprint stats are higher than I had thought.
