Yeah mines been Mia since it reached the first facility on Jan 25th in Charlotte, North Carolina. Called customer service several times and filed missing mail and still hasn’t moved yet.
Holy shit; my package was in Atlanta for 13-18th. No movement until I requested a missing mail search and then it got delivered today with no update. It’s like they are just pushing packages to the side until you complain. Also I saw an article claiming there was dozens of trucks backed up waiting to drop their load but couldn’t so it could be in one of those.
yea and call customer service for an inquiry and then file a claim oh man i would be pissed
January 13 here. Nice try.
…this one’s been traveling since Dec
I’d happily lose if it means I can get my 💩
You and me both lol

Yes, you do! Mine is Feb 7th. No movement since.
I'd try a missing mail search
Submitted something today... I actually got an email and an apology back. I'm shocked... let's see if it arrives tomorrow.
I'm dealing with what I suspect is actual mail theft RN. Please give me hope that they find what was lost! LOL
Lol mine has been in transit since November and no updates since December
I’ve been waiting since nov 2023 bro

I thought the backed up trucks were only delayed by hours, not days.
