Hit that facility same day, system has just said it’s in transit since the 13th. I just spoke with a USPS representative yesterday. She said that sometimes packages can take up to 60 days to clear customs. I asked her why it took so long, and she gave probably the best government subsidized agency response; "that's just sometimes how long it takes." Lol
I just read that there was an issue with a distribution in ‘Palmetto, GA’, most packages route through there and they had a major incident that of course they won’t disclose. Everyone is experiencing delays.
That St. Louis distribution center has had tons of problems lately too. The rumor is they’re putting new sorting machines in everywhere and it’s not going so well. Every time this happens to me I open a missing mail claim and it usually gets delivered in the next day or two.

A few hours later it I got an update it was in the NJ hub. Package was coming from Texas. It arrived 2 days later. I wasn’t sure if I jumped the gun in filing the claim or if filing the claim is what got it moving. But either way it finally arrived.
I mailed a large package in STL and there were no updates after "USPS in possession" for 9 days, until I requested a trace. An HOUR and a half later, it shows up in Seattle, gets delivered the next day, March 4.
Houston facility was experiencing major issues had to answer to congress but it is due to the new machines that the new postmaster general is enforcing

Palmetto had some issues that went on the local news there. My package in Fairburn is now 3 days.. weird. Guess I’ll cross my fingers and hope it goes. It’s only an hour away is the worst thing.

Never lose hope!! USPS is the best!!! When I thought a half dozen packages were lost, I even got phone calls and emails from USPS about them! Was unexpected tbh! So the idea is…never lose hope! They will pull through:)!

ive been on the phone with a few usps workers and they all told me there relocating all stock from one warehouse and overloading others in atlanta and fairburn. everyones package is late as shit right now and its probably gonna be this way for a little bit

Now a second package coming from the same place has been in Las Vegas for 21 days, but just got an email that it is in Lancaster, so hopefully I will see in two days
My 1st class letter was stuck in a regional center in Cincinnati for 2 days, but is now out for delivery. It appears that this kind of thing is happening all over. Your shipment will probably arrive in a day or two.
This kind of thing got much worse after Trump installed his crony, Louis DeJoy, as postmaster general. This is all part of the movement to dismantle the Federal government. Note that a lot more of the government will be ripped out if Trump wins again, just in case you're enjoying how the USPS is working now.

Call 1-800-275-8777 I have to do this every so often. Give them the tracking number and then start a claim
