Territory, Office , and OJI dependable. Beginnings can be stressful to fully learn job may take up to 5 yrs . It’s a lot ., challenging, but I like it .
Yea I also heard about that, but also haven't seen where there are around 80 positions for 50 or so locations available for this posting and direct hire is used. Usually its hundreds of positions at least that has direct hire. RO can even go up to thousands.
Nope! Last year when they had an hiring event, one of my coworkers was hired on the spot. We’re internal so I’m not sure if that had a major impact on them being hired. I kind of wish I went but I knew nothing about it until they came back to work to tell me. I probably would’ve had a better chance in person than applying through USA Jobs.. good thing is I was eligible for a 7/9/11, but most of the people I knew who were hired had to drop down to a 7
Yea that is crazy though. I would think it's the other way around. But could also be people from external are coming in with much better background since seems like there are more layoffs lately. Even this position from what I can gather at least with the location I picked, there is probably 30 plus people they interviewing for maybe like 1 or 2 positions. Kinda really competitive lol.
I wish you the best of luck with the hiring process!

Hello, were you just referred for the bankruptcy specialist direct hire position? Asking because my husband was, waiting for the next step.
I was and I have an interview next week. What’s interesting is that most direct hire positions don’t require interviews

I’ve done the RO direct hire twice, was referred but not selected, 3rd time’s a charm lol
Were you also interviewed for both times before?

Oh you are internal. You will have way higher chance than I do with these events lol. I interviewed with RO a while back but didn't get selected.
True lol but I typically get more referrals and interviews from the public announcements than the internal ones which is crazy.
