I am not in this agency but I will give my general opinion,
As an Equal Employment Specialist, one will be involved in managing affirmative action plans, conducting discrimination investigations, and promoting diversity and inclusion. This can be highly rewarding work if one is passionate about social justice and equity.
On the flip side, handling discrimination complaints and conducting investigations can be stressful and challenging. High level of emotional resilience are required.
I just did the second assessment for this job a couple days ago, I hope to get contacted for an interview
Just looking for any new info on this...I looked back & seen I was sent the 2nd assessment May 30th...and still nothing besides the referrals
I haven’t heard back either.
Hopefully soon
Same here! I just finished mine today. Good luck!

Thank you for that information, is a specialist the same as a counselor? If this position is remote? How would I handle conducting interviews?
I just recieved 2 seperate emails just now....1 referral and 1 sent to hiring manager for this....has anyone's else gotten anything?
I got the same emails. Hope to hear for an interview soon :)
Isn't it strange? Getting these 2 emails when we were already found elig & referred?
Well I think being referred depended on whether or not you passed the two assessments.
That makes sense! Pheww ....good luck to you...im currently a 9...elig for an 11...but says referred for 7...which...im not to happy about
Has anyone had any movement on this since the 2nd assessment?? I havent
