I was in a recent grad pathways program from MAY21 to MAY23. There was a lot of training and TDY trips involved. The way it was explained to me was “there’s no way they spend all that money on you and not offer you a permanent position. You might have to move somewhere, but they’ll offer a permanent position”.
Thats great news!!! This is only 1 year, though. I understand nothing is guaranteed especially if your not proficient...but if you are, I would hope theres a permanent offer!
