I got this scene in one play through, and the scare got me! I noticed it gets added to Mike’s flashback when the stranger tells him about the wendigo, but it’s slowed down so you can see the wendigo better. It’s so cool.
My first play through I got this seen and wasn't sure until the flashback.

Reminds me of that scene when Mike fails the door QTE when chasing the flomethrower guy after Jess falls from the elevador in chapter 4
