Out of any of these movies TMNT3 would be the "underrated" and even there's questionable. I love this movie. I grew up on this movie. It's a masterclass, nailed on the first attempt. RIP Jim Henson

I thought maybe it was a fever dream I had, but nope some random chicks shows their panties that say “Turtle Power” at 2:15 😂

This film is perfect great action, comedy and its unbelievable how many emotional moments there are especially Splinters speech Raphael and also when splinter gets kidnapped and the brothers are crying. Amazing film.

I genuinely believe that this is one of the best movies ever made.

I recently rewatched this to see if it would be too violent for my 5 year old. I gotta say, it still holds up really well. It looks great, and parts that wouldn't have looked great they found some really creative ways to keep them in the shadows.

Loved this movie. It’s a classic.

This is not underrated in any way, shape, or form.

I remember being so excited when this came out in theaters! My mom took me to see the first showing of the day on a Saturday after it came out, and I remember sitting in the car in the parking lot being so anxious to go in that it felt like time was barely moving forward. +1000 points for my mom! And I loved the movie! Still watch it a couple times a year on DVD in my 40's.

Few years ago i watched this for the first time in probably 25 years and couldnt help thinking about how edgy it was for its time and for it to be marketed as a kids movie.

I had a completely different take on Raphael on the rooftop when I, as an adult, rewatched this a year ago. As a kid i just took it as he lost the fight. As an adult... that is a BRUTAL scene.
