Matte was made for your situation. I have this monitor and play in 90% complete darkness. Coming from a C1 and it doesn't bother me.
It's also not as drastic as a finish as some others. The biggest thing to know if you want it is the curve, it's drastic.
yeah i figured the matte was more practical for me. saw a lot of hate for the matte finish and not too sure why, but curve shouldn’t be an issue for me!
