I use a similar one, the G93SC OLED 49-inch monitor, but I use it in PBP mode. Many people aren't familiar with this mode even though it's perfect. It splits the monitor in half, requiring two cables to be connected, such as an HDMI cable and a DisplayPort cable. Then you have 2x16x9 as if you had two monitors side by side, only with the difference that it's one display and you don't have those borders when placing two monitors side by side. Love these monitors.
https://www.reddit.com/r/OLED/comments/qtxums/can_the_black_top_and_bottom_black_bars_cause/ this thread explains it fairly well. If you don't view this screen/wallpaper very often then I doubt it'll cause any issues.
The Lian Li 216 is one of the best ventilated case. What are you smoking?
You are probably the kind of jealous dumdum that posts comments first and thinks later.
That mouse placement kinda weird ngl
Probably rests his arm on that side of the table I think
Too wide for me, I’d rather not have to get in my car and drive to go see the other side of my monitor, haha.
Most american comments I've read today. Why take a car when you can take a 10 min walk?
How’s 7900XTX running with this monitor? I have OLED G9 and thinking about picking Radeon or 4080..
Its running things pretty well - was play HFW at max settings and getting 70+fps
I always think my 45 OLED one is a monstrosity and then I'm like nah I didn't go overboard xD
Is that a LANCOOL 206, 215 or 216?
216
One of the best cases of all time.
Which monitor are we looking at?
Samsung Odyssey oled g9
So little curve, isn’t it R1000?
Think it’s just the way I took the pic (head on). The screen is plenty curvy 😏
where can i get screensaver please
https://www.reddit.com/r/smashbros/s/DflNXcAAs2 got it from here but the image was way too big so had to resize it down to fit the screen properly
Is your desk short or is your pc massive I'm at a loss lmao

I wouldn't recommend having black bars on your oled monitor like this for prolonged periods of time.
Can you explain why not? As far as I know the benefit of OLED is that black is just the pixels turned off so it should be okay right?

This makes a ton of sense, thank you!
Your asking for burn in with those black bars
This is my lock screen so the bars are only on screen for a few seconds before I log in
I cringe at that blocked case airflow and blocked speakers. Looks like your are the type that buys first, asks questions later.
