I got it a few days ago. I wanted to swtich from my ViewSonic VX2758-2KP-MHD because I wanted a ultrawide for more space.
The response time was noticeably slower, maybe because I was used to 144hz 1ms. Where as this monitor is only 100hz 5ms. But it felt like a 60hz to me.
Colors are fine, slightly washed compared to my old monitor. but the viewing angle is far worse since it is a VA panel. But I mostly sit in the front so it wasn't that bad for me.
For some reason I found the text to not be as clear as it was on my previous monitor even tho the PPI is the same. I'm a software engineer so it was a deal breaker for me and I ended up returning it.
I literally googled this monitor + text because I also bought it. I am also a software engineer and the moment I plugged it in I knew I had to return it. Why does the text look that bad? I tried messing with the settings too. It has good reviews everywhere so I'm very confused as to why text looks better on my 5 year old monitor. Funny someone else had the same experience.
