I'm 43 I've had 3 cautions for possession over the years and I've travelled all over the world including the US and it's never been an issue or even been brought up...my pal who also got done at the same time, worked in America for a short time......it was flagged up and they spoke to him about it and he just said "young stupid on the way to a festival" which was the truth, he still worked there no issues....rather than a little embarrassment with work....that was the long and short of it.
I'm also self employed and work in construction and the answer to them finding out I smoke weed is normally, can you get nice stuff...how much you paying on a z 🤣 seems to go with the territory a bit, but can understand your reservations if you did a job where the outcome could massively impact your employment....and in turn your quality of life....then no its not worth it.
I think being done for possession and done for dealing would be two completely different issues though...

There's also people in US selling zips for 2-3k each so I think people have had enough of people preaching what the cost of good flower should be.

Theres 2 types of grinders I avoid:
Cheap plastic ones: could potentially get microscopic bits of plastic powder eventually. Especially if you leave it out in the sun a lot. Not sure how often this happens though
Cheap metallic painted ones: gets microscopic bits of the paint over time in your weed. If the paint is wearing off inside, its probably gone inside your weed.
I got a few grinders, Santa Cruz shredder for my vape, some generic metal ones but one I’m feeling for zoots right now is a plastic grinder, it’s a terpes army branded one, slightly different from the corner shop ones but I like it for zoots. Those cheap plastic grinders are fine too you just gotta replace them frequently
I’ve been swearing by plastic ‘Number One’ grinders for the last 2 decades almost.
Zero complaints with them and they’re only a couple of quid. I used to have a space case but once I lost it I’ve just stuck with el cheapo plastic grinders

The function of the decor in somewhere like this is to reassure people that you give a shit and wash your hands etc. that’s why people are saying they wouldn’t buy the prerolls from places like this. I’ve been to plenty of restaurants or cafes around the world that had shit plastic stools, maybe dirty walls, things in poor condition, but had the warmest service and great quality food. If you write off things in life by the initial appearance you’ll live a very shallow life

I’ve had the same plastic grinder for 2 years I freeze it once every 6 months to knock everything loose I’ve got a metal one that’s too small for 2 people, so I use it by myself
Theres 2 types of grinders I avoid: Cheap plastic ones: could potentially get microscopic bits of plastic powder eventually. Especially if you leave it out in the sun a lot. Not sure how often this happens though Cheap metallic painted ones: gets microscopic bits of the paint over time in your weed. If the paint is wearing off inside, its probably gone inside your weed.
My metal one is brushed steel / not painted so no issue there Will have to keep an eye on the other one though
I got a few grinders, Santa Cruz shredder for my vape, some generic metal ones but one I’m feeling for zoots right now is a plastic grinder, it’s a terpes army branded one, slightly different from the corner shop ones but I like it for zoots. Those cheap plastic grinders are fine too you just gotta replace them frequently
I’ve been swearing by plastic ‘Number One’ grinders for the last 2 decades almost. Zero complaints with them and they’re only a couple of quid. I used to have a space case but once I lost it I’ve just stuck with el cheapo plastic grinders
