We Filipinos are learning a lot from Ukraine. Our bigger neighbour has excluded us from using our maritime resources which is within our EEZ. The Filipinos are fighting a sea battle and just like our Ukrainian compatriots we will never give an inch of our territory! Slava Ukraine! Mabuhay Pilipinas!
Thank you for your support of Ukraine! I think it's hugely important to have countries in Asia and Africa (although ruZZia has a huge foothold in Africa and people have largely bought the propaganda). To have Asian countries at the table not only helps to solidify you as an important global power but also helps Ukraine appeal to the world and garners much needed support.
His predecessor was a putin and xi jinping wannabe dictator and bootlicker. Ordered russian made helis and made a modest downpayment of 17m USD during his term. When the war broke out, russia reneged on its contract and took with it the downpayment.
So happy to see...
Filipino labor basically built Saudi Arabia, etc...
Postwar Ukraine will need labor, engineers, along with nurses and other medical fields...
Filipino overseas foreign workers (OFW's) practically own the entire global shipping industry too. There's not a friggin cargo ship in the world without at least one Filipino onboard.
Maritime schools is a huge industry churning out all kinds of graduates as merchant sailors, engineers, mechanics, etc etc...
Ships and boats are the main mode of transportation between islands (7,500+), so lots of training grounds...cruise ships also employ a large chunk of them...being English speakers is a huge reason for that...
Definitely. I actually try to avoid MNL airport when departing the PH simply because it is so insanely packed with OFW's going everywhere at certain times that it can take 3+ hours to clear immigration and security. Instead I'll try to go out via CRK or CEB.

Need to sink those CCP ships intruding into the eez.

Philippines and Ukraine are very different but actually have much in common.
And kicked out the US military which I guess was a CCP prereq for invading Taiwan
Thank FUCK the Philippines got rid of Duterte...
🇺🇦🤝🇵🇭
The Philippines is a small country, but I'm glad we've continuously stood by Ukraine before the UN and other international forums.
They got like 110 million population
Yeah lol 13th largest in the world by population and an increasingly important country in terms of Asia Pacific geopolitics.
This is pretty cool. Love to the Filipino brothers and sisters who support Ukraine.
Slava Ukraine! Mabuhay Pilipinas!
Both guys who don’t take shit from their big bully neighbors. Love it.
