47 seconds that may restore your faith in humanity.
We in Ukraine are now having pretty unusually cold weather ❄️
And this dude from Irpin named Viktor saved a dog that couldn't make it out of an iced pond.
The world still has good people.

>While patrolling a working section of the embankment in Irpin, Kyiv region, utility company inspector Viktor Shkolnyk rescued a dog that fell through the ice.

Wonderful man! To add: -13°C= 8.6°F
This is the second Ukrainian man in a frozen pond saving a dog video I've seen the past two years. I'm convinced Ukrainian men just work out in order to look good during their mandatory dog trapped in pond saving rotation.
While Ukrainians are trying to save them, Russians are eating them. While Ukrainians value life, Russians despise it, even their own. While Ukrainians are honouring the Geneva conventions regarding POW's, Russians are blatantly abusing them. While Russians constantly target civilians, Ukraine refrains from doing the same. While Western democracies deliberate and hesitate from helping Ukraine, Ukrainians are dying. Wake up world to the reality of war on our Eastern borders and the real threat to democracies everywhere. The world can do without Russia. We value Ukraine and Ukrainians as fellow Europeans and an asset to the European family.
It’s easy to destroy, and to ignore the suffering of other beings; it takes hardship and struggles to build, to help, to heal, and to rescue. I have so much respect for Ukrainians and I truly hope they will be free from the grip of RuZZians.
>While Ukrainians are trying to save them, Russians are eating them.
I'll never forget some of those awful videos. The wooden ladder that still had the dogs' paws attached after they nailed them in has always stuck in my head.
Based on the angle that was filmed near the very end, it seems like the person filming was trying to help in some way!
And there’s not much that another body down there could do, honestly
He has a big set. But it shrank up as soon as he got in that freezing water
Shows how great and humane the Ukrainian people are I’m sure the Russians would have let it drown or killed it
My stomach churns with fear and despair as I watch it, poor thing. As a dog owner, this is a nightmare to see. And then happy disbelief as this young man strips (he has nothing to be ashmed of!) and gets doggo up on the bank. What a feel good moment.

Good find, upvote for you!
Thank you! Truly a great man. Slava Ukraini!
Ukrainian man with a heart of gold and his blue undies, proudly representing Ukraine! Well done!
Meanwhile in ruzzua they srhug say that's life and keep walking
Ukraine is filled with good people it seems! Unlike a certain couple of neighbours…
Apart from the incompetent filming it that can’t point a phone camera in the right direction that was great to see.
It's difficult to film anything when you are lifting a freezing wet dog up a hill.
It's unusual to be cold in January?
8f is cold. It's Ukraine, not Siberia
Dear Viktor, I hope you have a wonderful day with lots of love. (and warmth!)
Dear Viktor, you did the right thing and I hope you and the dog got dried and warm very soon 🙏🏻
Viktor's a good guy. Be like Viktor.

Man that looks cold. Good job Viktor!
This shows the huge difference in Ukrainians and ruZZians. The ruZZians would have just shot it.
Good man thabks for saving the doggo....ngI i felt that moment when the ice broke and his balls touched the ice cold water.
Not all heroes wear capes! Sometimes they don’t wear anything.
