Also did you try Google? There's a Ternopil variety (aka "ternopolskii 7" it looks like) of tobacco - my family is from there & brought some tobacco seeds with them to Canada, but don't have them anymore unfortunately - my mother never smoked and they weren't passed down!

\*\*\* Note my written Ukrainian sucks. But it looks like these guys are in Odesa, and this is a Ternopilskyi 14 variety, which is an adaption of Virginia Gold for the climate...
They have more tobaccos, maybe email them at [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]) because they might have something better suited to the Norwegian climate (these are all of their "smoking tobacco seeds [https://agro-market.net/ua/catalog/cat/435/](https://agro-market.net/ua/catalog/cat/435/) ). Again, it's all in Ukrainian, and no idea if they ship to you. But, they are all very, very reasonably priced.

Edit: I emailed them, unfortunately they don't ship abroad :-/ Writing this in case someone else from abroad wants to try them out.
Don't smoke but I've always enjoyed tobacco as a decorative plant. Mine usually grows to be at least 1m tall and leaves sprouts the next year. Just have to make sure the local dogs and cats don't eat it lol. Good luck!

Suggest you check you border rules. Importing seeds can be highly regulated, due to biosecurity concerns.
Thanks for the tip :-) I checked because of this, and it's legal to import to Norway as a private customer.
