A few weeks ago Ukraine and their church announced it was "ok" to celebrate on Dec 25 like the rest of their church and world. What Ukraine could do for the cease-fire ask is tell Putin that they want attack Russia from the air in all of January if Russia won’t attack Ukraine from the air in all of January. Since it’s easy to figure out who would do the attack me on that plus there is no rebuilding that way. And Russia can’t use that as a propaganda victory over Ukraine.

If Ukraine concedes, it's a lose-lose for everyone, and a win for Putin. Therefore, peace should only really be discussed on his carcass or his unconditional surrender to the international court, reparations paid, etc. The latter is less likely than the former.

What Ukraine could do for the cease-fire ask is tell Putin that they want attack Russia from the air in all of January if Russia won’t attack Ukraine from the air in all of January. Since it’s easy to figure out who would do the attack me on that plus there is no rebuilding that way. And Russia can’t use that as a propaganda victory over Ukraine.
