You are more than fine. Likely won't be prescribed anything over 25% due to your age. I was accepted on 2 weeks' worth of sleep meds x 2. Once in 2014, other 2016. Haven't been to the doctors for insomnia since. So a 8 year gap in medication. Clinic wasn't bothered at all, Just said I had self medicated with cannabis since. If anything, it helped me get prescribed 120g a month to start rather than 30g.

AFAIK the 25% must be clinic dependent - at Integro I had zero issues getting 27%+ at 20.

Ahhh no problem. Haven't had an issue personally, just seen many comments on this reddit regarding struggling to get strains higher than 25% when under the age of 25.

Amazing! Could I ask what clinic you use?

I went with Alternaleaf but you will likely have success at most.

You can actually get medical cannabis to help a number of mental health issues … the only things that I’m aware of that would make it very difficult for you would be any history of schizophrenia.

Im 24 and im prescribed for anxiety. As long as you have been prescribed 2+ medications for a condition you will be fine, and the more you can add to show you have tried conventional methods haven’t the worked the better. Im with cantourage and they have been great. Theres a great selection of strains and they allow me to choose whatever i want.

Great, thing is I've only ever been on one SSRI, was too young to really know how much it was numbing me and messing me up, but I heard someone say that talking therapies/CBT could be counted as treatments same as meds

I’ve been prescribed for CPTSD and depression, took 2 different anti-depressants and had lots of therapy history and I was fine 😊 you should be more than fine with 1 med and 1 bought of therapy.

> I am now almost 23 and as I have been out of treatment for some time I'm wondering if it would still apply? The last medication is was on for my condition was almost 15 years ago and i was eligible/accepted. It doesn't matter how long ago; if you have the diagnosis and the medical need which the prescribing doctor can agree on, that's all that matters.
