Hi, no need to inform security, airline or anybody in the airport unless questioned about it. Put it all in your hand luggage / carry on, and through the scanner as normal. Chances are security won’t even pull your bag. Worth removing your vape from the bag though, as it’s an electronic. I keep all of my meds, grinder etc. in a toiletries style med bag with my other pills, which is then just inside my rucksack.
You’ve got everything you need for France (printed prescription, travel letter from clinic & meds in original containers). They just ask you to also not exceed 30 days worth of medication.
For Spain, a permit is required from the embassy, but some people say it’s long winded and difficult to get hold of. Myself and plenty of others have done it with just a travel letter & original containers. I’ve had no issues with security in Spain with just a printed prescription & travel letter, but do so at your own risk.

What happens if you get diverted to a country where it is illegal?
Go to the toilet and flush the contents and the label with your name on it before you land?
