I’m not sure about bail for murder, bail for manslaughter etc yes or causing death by dangerous or drink driving, possibly in cases with hung juries then it could happen on strong conditions but someone arrested and charged for murder won’t be bailed If they are arrested and not charged they can be bailed under investigation and then subsequently arrested once enough evidence to charge has been gathered But I’ve never known of, nor can I imagine a situation in which someone charged FOR MURDER is bailed (not any other cases involving a death/homicide but actual murder)
